   Thursday, August 6:

     8 - 11 a.m. - set up for garage sellers, artists and crafters

          11 a.m. - gates open to public

            5 p.m. - garage sales, artists' and crafters' booths close

     5 - 10:30 p.m. - gates open at the grandstands for Teen Night's

              Battle of the Garage Bands Across the Lincoln Highway

 

 

   Friday, August 7:

     8 - 8 p.m. - garage sales, artists' and crafters' demonstrations

          2 p.m. - Abe Days art competition pieces due at the Youth Building

          3 p.m. - Judging of the Abe Days art competition pieces

     4:30 - 8 p.m. - Ice Cream Social and Park Concert

              Bell Acoustic and The Lesser Known Poets provide a wonderful evening

              of entertainment at the fairground's stage in the park. Special guest, Sean Beal,

              of the local band Big Back 40, will appear on stage. Bring blankets & chairs.

      

              The Crawford County Antique Farm Machinery group will be making delicious

              homemade ice cream for the event.

        

              Be sure to get your Abe caricature done by local artist.

 

 

   Saturday, August 8:

     8 - 5 p.m. - garage sales, artists' and crafters' demonstrations

     8 - until - Honest Abe Cornhole Tournament

     9 - 10:30 a.m. - Abe Days Pedal Tractor Pull in the park

     9 - 3 p.m. - American Red Cross blood drive

     10 a.m. - Noon p.m. - Lincoln Highway Marching Band Festival at the grandstands

     12:15 - 1p.m. - Hobo Band will be playing at the stage in the park

     1:15 p.m. - Abe Days art competition winners announced

     1:20 p.m. - Hats Off to Abe - 200th birthday celebration program at the grandstands

            National Anthem performed by Bobby Hildebrandt and Patty Neff

            Invocation

     1:30 p.m. - Abraham Lincoln

     2:25 p.m. - Patriotic song interlude

                       Special Recognition

     2:50 p.m. - Scott Trostel, Ohio historian and author of Lincoln Funeral Train

     3:30 p.m. - Closing song performed by Wynford Men's Glee Club

     3:45 to 5 p.m. - Scott Trostel book signing in the Youth Building

                            - Meet & greet Abe

 

              Be sure to stop by the park and get your Abe caricature done by local artist

   

 

     Food for Abe Days

     Area non-profit groups will be providing delicious food favorites and drinks throughout

     this special event. Be sure to stop by and grab some tasty treats while supporting the

     local groups.

 

     Bucyrus Band Parents - serving Bratwurst and dogs

     Bucyrus Lions Club - serving popcorn during special events

     Colonel Crawford Lions Club - serving pitawurst, bratwurst casserole & chicken sandwiches

     Crawford County Antique Farm Museum - serving fresh, old fashioned ice cream

     Crawford County Hospice - serving funnel cakes

     Wynford Band Parents - serving walking tacos, steak and bologna sandwiches
